Hey, I’m Lakhi.

I've spent well over a decade in partnerships and operations in product teams, working everywhere from scrappy start-ups to large organisations. And what did I learn? In every circumstance, the magic happens when you balance commercial acumen, data-driven decisions, context, and real empathy for the people in your teams and customers. That's what drives results every time, and that's what fires me up.

In Partnerships, you really get to be the mini-CEO of your world. I’m energised by that accountability and drive and will always carry that with me. I have been incredibly lucky to have learned from the exceptional leaders and colleagues I've worked with, especially those who introduced pragmatism and ideologies of product thinking and Working Backwards early, but also those that lead with heart.

Now I bring that together at the place I thrive and love to own - the gap between what gets committed to and what actually ships. Strategy to execution. I also know that the best outcomes happen when teams actually enjoy building and solving together and I like to show up to play my part in creating great team cultures.

A lifelong learner, I'm deepening my skills in data, automation, and agentic workflows as we unlock this new AI-driven world - while staying grounded on the beautiful Isle of Wight, with my husband Nick, our son Oliver, and our really, very vocal cat, Chunky.
